You may at any time view and/or edit  the contents of your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon found in  the top right corner of all pages on the  website. By clicking “View Cart,” you will be able to validate or edit  your cart and then proceed to check out. Once your payment has been  made, a thank-you page will appear with your order number indicating  that your order has been received. A confirmation  will also be sent to you by the e-mail you provided. Your account will  be debited when your order is made. You will receive a message from us  confirming the shipment of your order.

 To place an order on ForeverGlobalGirl.com, you must ship to a U.S.  address. Currently, we cannot ship to U.S. territories, only U.S.  addresses. When ordering on ForeverGlobalGirl.com, please provide a  domestic telephone number, and your U.S. shipping address  and billing address.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use  of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By  providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge  the amount due to this payment instrument.

Due to shipping regulations regarding flammable liquids, we are  currently unable to ship fragrances containing alcohol internationally  via airmail or domestically via airmail; however, domestic ground  shipping within [your country] is available, and when available  from our company shipping Site.

Shipping Fragrance Oils and all other Luxury Products:
 •  Standard delivery by USPS Delivery normally takes 5-10 business days and is complimentary
 •  You are required to pay delivery charges for Express Delivery by USPS, UPS or FedEx.
 •  Orders placed that are more than $300.00 will automatically have signature confirmation added to your order.
 •  We cannot ship to international addresses at this time.
 
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on  the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen  circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends  and statutory holidays.

We apologize, but we are unable to allow any shipping address changes  once an order is placed.  You are required to provide us with a complete  and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We  are not liable for the delivery of your goods  to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us  with inaccurate or incomplete information.

If your package is returned to Forever Global Girl due to you providing an inaccurate delivery name and/or address your initial transaction amount charged will be deducted a $25.00 product(s) restocking fee, shipping, taxes, and discounts; the remaining balance after deductions from your initial transaction amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Regretfully, you may not change or cancel your order once it has been  placed on our Site.  Once your order is placed on our Site it is final.   We promptly process your order to get it out to you. Delivery normally  takes 5-10 business days. We are unable to modify or cancel your ForeverGlobalGirl.com order  once placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

 •  Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to submit a request by using the  Contact Us/Email Us form on our Site to return item(s) for online  credit only that must be approved by email from our customer  service. All sales are non-refundable.
 •  Online credit will be issued via an e-gift card, excluding shipping,  taxes, and discounts from the total amount credited; only the  merchandise purchase amount will be credited via e-gift card.
